Looking after your home can be daunting, especially when you’re short on time and you have everything else to do. Whether or not you’re at home, we can take some of the load off you and work out a schedule to meet your needs.
A time that suits you
We’re available Monday to Saturday from 8 am until 6 pm. If you’re not around you can leave us a key and a to-do list in English. We’ll work on getting things done while you’re busy with more important things.

City Living Concierge team members are full time employees, not gig economy workers. Each employee brings in a high level of expertise and service quality.
Easy 24-hour cancellation
Change of plans? No worries, you can make a cancellation by no later than 24 hours before the start of the service. We rely on timeliness to offer our clients the best possible service, so same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Covered by insurance
We understand and treasure the trust you’re giving us. We are fully insured and so are all our staff. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please email or call us.
Health & Safety first
Our staff are fully trained and follow Health Authority guidelines. They will be provided with their own personal protective equipment (PPE).
